JOB DETAILS:

Background

The FAIR Facility aims to support developing countries in improving their statistical capacity to collect, analyze, and use data for evidence-based policymaking and to track progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Technical Officer will play a key role in coordinating and implementing the FAIR Facility's activities in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Coordination and Implementation
• Partner Support and Follow-up
• Monitoring, Data Collection and Reporting
• Research and Knowledge Management
• Administrative and Operational Support

Qualifications and Experience:

A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, development studies) with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
