JOB DETAILS:

JOB SUMMARY

Operate, monitor, and maintain juice processing and packaging machines to ensure smooth operations, consistent product quality, equipment efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and set up processing and packaging equipment
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, filling accuracy)
• Conduct routine checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Record production data and support QC during in-process checks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with processing and packaging machinery
• Good knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
• Willingness to work shifts

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: associate degree
