Role Summary:
Responsible for technical presales, sales support, tender and proposal management, and hands-on system configuration and installation
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client requirements into optimized renewable energy solutions
- Conduct site assessments, system sizing, configurations, and preliminary designs
- Prepare technical documentation and client presentations
- Support lead qualification, sales execution, and deal closure
- Manage end-to-end tender processes (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs)
- Develop compliant technical proposals
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for timely submissions
- Configure, install, test, commission, and hand over renewable energy systems
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Engage suppliers and OEMs; stay current on market and technology trends
Key Performance Indicators:
Tender win rate, sales pipeline value, proposal accuracy, system configuration accuracy, project timelines, client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- EPRA Certification
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
