JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of debt collection processes & customer service principles.
- High attention to detail & accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or debt collections is an added advantage.
