Role Purpose

Lead and manage a telemarketing team to achieve performance targets, improve conversion rates, and ensure compliance in promoting loan products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead team to meet performance targets.

Develop and supervise marketing plans.

Guide team in promoting loan products via phone.

Manage daily operations: attendance, performance, coaching, team building.

Analyze sales data, identify issues, and implement improvements.

Train new employees, provide script guidance, and enhance sales skills.

Follow up on key/difficult customers to improve closing rates.

Enforce compliance and risk control standards.

Report team performance to superiors.

Qualifications & Experience

College diploma or higher in Marketing, Finance, or Management.

2+ years telemarketing experience in loan industry.

1+ year team management experience.

Strong communication, coordination, and target management skills.

Familiarity with telemarketing processes and customer development.
