JOB DETAILS:

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for motivating sales teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our dynamic call center sales team!

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Lead and manage a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets. Design and execute telesales strategies that drive business growth.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align campaign efforts.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure top-tier service delivery.
