Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Barriers, Bollards, Electric Fences, PAVA, BMS, IPBAX, Intercom Gates, and Fire Alarm Systems.

Respond promptly to client support calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system or application faults within set timelines

Complete job cards for all completed assignments, documenting work done and reporting upgrade requirements to supervisors and clients.

Educate and train clients on the proper operation of their installed security systems.

Handle technical complaints professionally, escalate complex issues to management, and maintain the security and cleanliness of client premises during service.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center sales (FMCG, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical industry preferred).

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software usage.

Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
