Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager within RSA, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of RSA’s full portfolio of cybersecurity and identity solutions across strategic accounts within Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia and Tanzania.

These industries represent critical infrastructure and highly regulated environments, where identity security, fraud prevention, and access governance are mission-critical. You will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing strategic accounts, and positioning RSA solutions to help organizations protect critical systems, secure identities, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate evolving cyber threats.

The role requires strong engagement with CISOs, CIOs, risk leaders, and operational technology (OT) security stakeholders, ensuring RSA solutions align with the security, operational resilience, and compliance needs of these industries.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow the territory and strategic account base within assigned territories to achieve financial objectives and sales quota.
  • Drive adoption of RSA Identity Security, Fraud & Risk Intelligence, Governance, and Access Management solutions within regulated and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Develop deep understanding of industry-specific security, compliance, and operational resilience requirements.
  • Manage territory planning, strategic account planning, and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, Risk Officers, and Security Leadership.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and leverage internal resources to deliver value-driven cybersecurity outcomes.
  • Expand RSA presence across major banking, financial institutions, telecom providers, and energy companies within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic engagement with senior executives and decision-makers responsible for cyber resilience, identity security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify emerging industry trends, regulatory requirements, and cyber risk challenges impacting critical infrastructure organizations.
  • Position RSA solutions as strategic platforms for identity security, fraud detection, privileged access, and digital trust.
  • Work closely with channel partners, system integrators, and advisory firms to deliver integrated solutions for large enterprise and infrastructure customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop solution-based proposals combining software, services, and advisory capabilities tailored to customer security transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product specialists, professional services, and partner teams.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for key strategic accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions with enterprise customer

  • Experience engaging C-level executives and senior security leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, identity security, fraud prevention, and risk management.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.

Education & Experience

Typically requires 10+ years of related experience in territory sales management and relationship selling role with a bachelor’s degree.
