Job Title: Territory Sales Representative.

The TSR will demonstrate the value of Pioneer brand of products and facilitate farmers in their buying decision through pull activities of farmers meeting, field days and one to one contacts in existing and developing markets. Maintain and expand dealer network to push product in the market and meet sales volume targets. Assist Country Leader (CL) in the development of sales plans & strategies aligned with business direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Achieve Territory Sales Revenue Goals.
• Manage dealers' accounts, supply orders, collection and receivable.
• Promote Pioneer seed brand and products through farmer meetings, field days and farmer seminars, resulting in high brand value, customer retention and good relationship building.
• Build agronomic and technical knowledge of farmers resulting in improved yields and income.
• Professionally manage sales calls, resolve customer complaints ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Assist the (CL) in Sales Planning, Strategy Development, Growth Planning & Generating Market Insights.
• Participate in new product development trials (IMPACT) with the aim of assisting in the selection of suitable hybrids for advancement and subsequent registration.
• Provide regular feedback of field activities to the (CL) through verbal and written reports

Education/Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy Agriculture Horticulture Plant Sciences is required with related direct field sales experience.

Experience 3-5 years of relevant industry experience preferably in the maize seed sector.
