Job Summary:

The Tour Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for hotel guests during airport transfers, excursions, game drives (where applicable), and local tours. The role contributes to memorable guest experiences by ensuring comfort, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Conduct airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and hotel excursions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and hotel transport policies.
• Assist guests with luggage and travel information.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and trip records.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions professionally.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or vehicle breakdowns.
• Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout each journey.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with the appropriate class for passenger transport.
• Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license where required.
• Relevant years of professional driving experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of local routes, attractions, and road safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Defensive driving training and first aid certification are an added advantage.
• Clean driving record and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
