Responsibilities:

  • Monitor fleet movement using GPS and tracking systems.
  • Ensure vehicles adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Report deviations, delays, or incidents to the operations team in real time.
  • Liaise with drivers to provide guidance and updates during transit.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the logistics team with route planning and optimization.
  • Assist in incident management and provide timely escalation when required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in fleet tracking and logistics, or transport operations.
  • FMS knowledge and experience is crucial
  • Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays when necessary.
