Role Profile
Reporting to the Head of Training, the Training Administrator will play a key role in supporting our training department by coordinating, scheduling, and managing training programs for flight crew, cabin crew, and ground staff. This role ensures compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and supports the continuous professional development of employees.
Duties
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for pilots, cabin crew, and operational staff.
- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with instructors, trainees, and external training providers.
- Track and update training records in compliance with aviation authority requirements.
- Ensure all certifications, licences, and recurrent training records are up to date.
- Prepare reports for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Manage training-related documentation, including attendance records, assessments, and feedback.
- Handle training logistics, including venue bookings, equipment setup, and training materials.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid flight operations licence (either a dispatch or flight crew licence).
- Experience in aviation training administration or a related role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems.
- Good knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., ICAO, IATA, KCAA).
- Must have a minimum mean grade of C+.
