Training Coordinator

Our client, a training institution located in Nairobi, an affiliate of Stratostaff EA Ltd seeks to onboard a Training coordinator to coordinate trainings, develop and review curricula and implement teaching plans.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role holder will be responsible for :

  • 1. Develop & Implement Teaching Plans
  • 2. Curriculum & Course Content Review
  • 3.LMS (Lecturio) Configuration & Support
  • 4.Student Recruitment & Admissions
  • 5.Course Delivery: Healthcare & Emergency Training
  • 6.Data & Record Management
  • 7.Staff Training & Development (Internal Capacity Building)
  • 8.Training Equipment Oversight
  • 9.Audits, Inductions & Stakeholder Engagement

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Training and Facilitation Skills
  • Technical Proficiency in Learning Systems
  • Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
  • Emergency and Safety Expertise
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare - related field or health sciences.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid nursing practicing license.
  • At least 3 years' experience in supporting or working in a healthcare training environment.
  • Proven experience working with learning management systems, preferably in an educational or training environment.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and online course development.
  • AHA Certified instructor in Emergency Response courses (First Aid, BLS) and or occupational health safety.
