Makini Schools is seeking dynamic and experienced Transport Coordinators for our Ngong Road and Runda campuses. The successful candidate should also be able to ensure continuity of Transport operations by providing operational support to the Transport Manager and the Operations Manager.

• Ensure continuity of Transport operations by providing operational support to the Transport Manager and the Operations Manager.

• Effective communication techniques using tact and professionalism
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel, and Word
• Ability to Coordinate and supervise the work of others and develop and maintain cooperative working relations with those contacted in the course of the work
• Carry out written and oral instructions
• Read and interpret transportation policies
• Prepare and present oral and written reports

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in fleet management/logistics or related field
• Valid Driver’s license with minimum class ABCE and NTSA PSV license
• Knowledge of Laws, safety precautions, and rules about the transportation of children and the maintenance of vehicles
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the transportation industry
