We are Hiring.
We are expanding our team and are looking for skilled and motivated individual to fill the below position:
Transport Manager – Mombasa
Responsibilities
• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all company vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel usage and mileage.
• Schedule vehicle inspections, licensing, insurance renewals, and compliance documentation
• Supervise and manage all drivers, including scheduling shifts and assigning routes.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle emergencies, breakdowns and delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams for seamless workflow.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise​
• Diploma or Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 –6 years’ experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management (supervisory level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems, transport regulations, and NTSA requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong leadership & Supervisory skills

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
