JOB DETAILS:

Requirements & Skills
Must have a diploma/degree in travel & tourism management
Proficiency in Amadeus,Galileo and NDC.
Must have an IATA Certificate
Minimum of 3 years experience in the travel industry as a practicing travel consultant with an IATA approved Travel Agency.
Ability to calculate international, regional and domestic fares and upgrades.
Full understanding of BSP.
Ability to exchange tickets.
Ability to process refunds.
Ability to interpret and follow fare rules.
Great communication skills.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Self motivated.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
