Our Sagana Macadamia Factory is growing fast! We’re turning raw harvests into world-class exports, and we need a high-energy Factory Administration Supervisor to support the charge.

Role: Tupande Factory Administration Supervisor

? Location: Sagana, Kenya

What you’ll be doing:

• Workforce Leadership: Own the hiring process, track performance, and ensure every team member is paid accurately and on time.
• Strategic Procurement: Manage local suppliers and inventory. You’ll ensure everything we buy meets our strict quality and food safety standards.
• Compliance Guardian: Serve on the Food Safety Team and work with Government Relations to keep us 100% compliant and secure.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, HR, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Admin or HR. If you’ve worked in a manufacturing or factory environment, that’s a huge plus!
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver.
• Communication: Strong skills for managing high-level stakeholders and external partners.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
