One Acre Fund is looking for an exceptional Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) professional to lead our Tupande MEL team. This is your chance to drive data quality, impact measurement, and strategic insights that shape the future of our programs supporting over 1 million smallholder farmers in Kenya.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
We’re seeking candidates with 5+ years of MEL experience, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership in impact evaluation, large-scale data management, and reporting.
Responsibilities or duties
You’ll oversee MEL strategy, lead evaluations, support grant and partner reporting, and turn data into actionable insights for our teams and farmers.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
