SAP QC Oversight & Corrections

Lead and oversee all SAP QC activities, including identifying and correcting erroneous transactions through coordination with the Warehouse Team.

Ensure that corrections are supported by complete documentation and are compliant with internal controls and audit standards.

Conduct GRPO QC to ensure that all goods receipt postings are accurate and match physical deliveries and supplier documentation.

Team Management & Development

Directly manage SAP QC administrators up to JL3, including task allocation, performance tracking, and professional development.

Facilitate ongoing training and upskilling in SAP QC procedures for SAP QC administrators

Process Improvement & Data Analytics

Drive the adoption of new platforms and automated workflows to replace manual reviews.

Use Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into QC activities and data accuracy

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or SAP HANA, especially in inventory and warehouse management modules.

Proficient in SAP inventory transactions, including GRPO, stock transfers, and goods issues.

Competence in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) for tracking and reporting.

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
