JOB DETAILS:
TYRE CENTER TECHNICIAN
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive industry and must have worked in a tyre centre.
Experience of 1 year and above is required. .

Responsibilities
• Changing tyres
• Wheel balancing through the balancing machine
• Wheel alignment through the alignment machine
• Car service
• Experience in all cars an added advantage
• Able to diagnose cars and advice a client
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Qualifications
• Diploma in automotive or mechanical engineering
• 1 – 2 years’ experience
• Proficient in English and Kiswahili language
• Able to use a diagnostic machine
• Disciplined and with a can do attitude
• Supervisory experience is desirable
• Experience of communicating at all levels up to and including senior management
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
• Organizational and planning skills
• Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work without supervision
• Honesty and Integrity as a value
