Enkaji Apartment Hotel is seeking a qualified and experienced Unit Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, management accounts, and business performance analyses.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, financial controls, and profitability while ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Oversee receivables, credit control, reconciliations, and treasury functions.
• Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes, tax compliance, and audits.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock control processes.
• Ensure robust internal controls, financial governance, and adherence to company policies.
• Partner with operational teams to analyze financial performance and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications is an added advantage.
• Experience in hospitality finance and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, and accounting systems.
