We are seeking a skilled Utility Artisan Mechanical to operate the utility area according to work instructions, monitor utility equipment condition, perform and carry out routine maintenance, and repair or refurbish equipment when required.

• Monitor utility equipment condition and perform routine maintenance.
• Repair or refurbish equipment when required.
• Focus on asset care activities.
• Ensure efficient operation of utility systems including boilers, compressors, chillers, and compressed air systems.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Refrigeration & Air conditioning, Plumbing, or Plant Mechanics.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years technical experience in a Utility environment.
• Sound knowledge of Utility systems including boilers, compressors, chillers, and compressed air systems.
