Background

Chemicaland Limited is recruiting a commercially aggressive, street-smart Van Sales Executive to drive cash sales, open new agro-dealer accounts, and dominate assigned territories using a branded company van. This role is NOT for desk salespeople. It is for hunters, closers, and people who thrive on targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B or FMCG/agro-input sales experience (van sales is a BIG plus)
  • Strong dealer network or ability to build one fast
  • Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and accountability
  • High energy, self-driven, aggressive, and commercially sharp
  • SME mindset - hands-on, flexible, no entitlement
  • Valid driving license and proficient in driving manual pickup
