JOB DETAILS:

Background

The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination Board (KASNEB) both statutory organisations of the government of Kenya have entered into collaboration to entrench the culture of quality through implementation of a competency based certification programme. In this regard, KEBS/KASNEB hereby invites applications from suitably qualified and competent professionals for appointment as Verifiers.

Subject Clusters:

Verifier - Communication Skills

Qualifications or requirements

(i) Recognised Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

(ii) Relevant professional qualification.

(iii) Minimum five (5) years’ post qualification teaching or industrial experience.

(iv) Proven experience in moderation, verification or quality assurance.

(v) Accreditation by TVETA.

(vi) Knowledge of national TVET and KNQF regulatory requirements.

(vii) High moral integrity and professionalism.

Terms of Engagement

Successful applicants be trained, registered and engaged on a need basis in accordance with KASNEB policies and national quality assurance guidelines.
