Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Experience operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of content creation for digital and social media platforms. Experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
• Excellent storytelling, creative, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
