Bilingual Talent Africa is building a selective pipeline of high-performing bilingual professionals ready to support international founders, executives, and fast-growing companies remotely.
We are currently seeking organized, tech-savvy, and operationally strong Virtual Assistants who can confidently support global teams across customer support, executive assistance, administration, and business operations.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are proactive, highly reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced remote environments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Executive calendar and inbox management
- Professional communication in English & French
- Customer support via email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Administrative and operational support
- Appointment scheduling and coordination across time zones
- CRM updates and workflow organization
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to improve productivity and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Professional
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with international companies, startups, remote teams, BPOs, or customer-facing environments is a strong advantage
- Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong written communication and professional business etiquette
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Zendesk, ClickUp, or similar platforms

- Reliable laptop
- High-speed internet connection
- Backup power solution (UPS/Inverter/Solar)
- Quiet, professional remote work environment
- Camera-ready for virtual meetings and interviews
