Responsibilities or duties

  • Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of CENEC's programs in Kenya
  • Build partnerships with local CSOs, government, and communities
  • Manage project reports, M&E data, and ensure accountability
  • Represent CENEC at meetings and with stakeholders
  • Support proposal development and fundraising efforts
  • Ensure activities align with CENEC's mission and safeguarding policies

Qualifications or requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in program coordination/ management in the NGO sector
  • Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in WASH, environment, or community development preferred
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and based in Kenya

  • Expand your professional network across Cameroon, Kenya, and partner CSOs
