Responsibilities or duties
- Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of CENEC's programs in Kenya
- Build partnerships with local CSOs, government, and communities
- Manage project reports, M&E data, and ensure accountability
- Represent CENEC at meetings and with stakeholders
- Support proposal development and fundraising efforts
- Ensure activities align with CENEC's mission and safeguarding policies
Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Previous experience in program coordination/ management in the NGO sector
- Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in WASH, environment, or community development preferred
- Self-starter, adaptable, and based in Kenya
