Role Context

This August Holiday, The African STEM Hub is opening its doors to young learners in Mathare for an exciting hands-on STEM Bootcamp, and we are calling on passionate volunteers to join us as mentors. You don't have to be a STEM expert or an experienced teacher. If you love working with young people, are willing to learn, and can share your time, we need you!

Responsibilities

You will help learners explore:

• Scratch 3 – creative coding & animation
• Roblox – game creation.
• Minecraft – creativity & problem-solving.
• Blockzie – block-based programming.
• SWAPC – coding & creative technology.
• Arduino – electronics & hands-on innovation

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
