Kitengela Glass has a high volume, customer-focused café known for quality service and consistent standards. We are looking for a friendly, and well-presented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Welcoming customers and taking food and beverage orders promptly
• Providing excellent table service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Serving food and drinks in a professional and timely manner
• Handling customer payments accurately using EPOS/POS systems
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as required
• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Any other duties related to the waiting role as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy professional restaurant or hospitality environment
• Familiarity with ETR/POS systems and various payment methods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, polite, and well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Team player with good time-management skills
• Preferably residing within Ongata Rongai or willing to relocate
