JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Workday HCM: Admin & technical development (release management, rights, data quality, 2nd-level support)
- Hyland OnBase: ECM system administration (personnel files, contracts, financial docs)
- Career Portal: Technical & content management (Concludis integration)
- Edtime: Support for time management system
- System Documentation: Guidelines, training materials, maintenance
- Projects: HR process digitalization & automation
Requirements:
- Experience with cloud HR systems (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge of ECM systems (Hyland OnBase ideal) & time management tools (ATOSS/Edtime)
- Familiarity with SAP HCM-Workday interfaces
- Understanding of HR processes, digitalization, & GDPR compliance
- Seniority: Mid-Senior
