WAITERS / WAITRESSES

Job Summary

Responsible for providing professional food and beverage service and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests where required.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take and accurately record customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check customer satisfaction throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Process customer bills and coordinate with the cashier where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Promote menu items and available promotions.
• Follow food hygiene and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional and pleasant personality.
• Good personal hygiene and appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
