Job Summary
Rafiki Bistro is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the face of the bistro, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and memorable service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, take accurate order details, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Dining Experience: Answer menu inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Table Management: Set up tables, clear dirty dishes, and ensure the dining area remains clean, presentable, and welcoming.
- Teamwork: Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless flow and prompt service.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Attributes: Friendly, energetic, highly approachable, and deeply customer-focused.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, active listening skills, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment: Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to service excellence.
