Job Summary & Scope

We are looking for energetic, hospitable Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, ensuring high presentation and temperature standards, and delivering an inviting dining experience to travelers passing through the terminus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Delivery & Service: Take and serve customer orders accurately and promptly; deliver food and beverages to guests and present final bills.
  • Quality & Presentation: Ensure food presentation, quality, and serving temperatures strictly meet restaurant standards.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain high cleanliness standards across the dining area, clearing and sanitizing tables and service counters continuously.
  • Sales & Customer Experience: Practice suggestive selling and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales.
  • Shift Operations: Support opening/closing duties, follow food safety guidelines, and adhere to restaurant operational policies.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Certificate, Diploma, or relevant practical experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience serving in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setup.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage.
  • Core Competencies: Friendly demeanor, strong verbal communication, active listening, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
