JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years’ experience in à la carte service, banquets, buffets, and conferencing.
- Strong customer care skills with quick service and upselling ability.
- Skilled in accurate order taking and promoting daily specials.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with cash handling, POS systems, and a Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Preferably Male

Level of Education: associate degree
