Customer Interaction: Greet guests, provide menu information, answer questions about dishes, and escort them to their tables. Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate these to the kitchen, and manage payments using POS systems. Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, checking for customer satisfaction and refilling beverages. Dining Area Maintenance: Set up tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining room, and clear away dirty plates and silverware. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and an overall positive guest experience. Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations for food handling and maintain a sanitary environment.

Customer Service: The ability to be friendly, attentive, and build rapport with customers to ensure they feel welcome and cared for. Communication: Strong listening and speaking skills to accurately take orders, answer questions, and resolve issues with guests and colleagues. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in taking orders, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dishes. Patience and Professionalism: The capacity to remain calm and composed, even when dealing with difficult customers or stressful situations. Stamina and Physical Coordination: Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods and the coordination to carry trays without dropping items.
