JOB DETAILS:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a reputable restaurant or 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A strong fit with our brand values.

YOU WILL:

• Welcome guests and deliver attentive service.
• Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
• Recommend menu items with confidence.
• Maintain clean, well-presented dining areas.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and service standards.
