Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Present menus and explain menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly.

Restaurant Operations

• Prepare and set dining tables.
• Clear and reset tables after service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Process customer bills where applicable.

Guest Satisfaction

• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Promote menu specials and recommend additional items.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant service.
