Waiter
Job Summary

The Waiter will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and explain menu items when required.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
  • Process customer payments accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Training in customer service is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge is preferred.

Skills

• Excellent customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
