WAITER 

Job Purpose

The Waiter will provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers, ensuring a welcoming dining experience from order-taking through to payment and departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage options.
• Take customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and follow up to ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Check on customers' satisfaction during their meals.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Process or coordinate customer bills and payments where required.
• Work closely with kitchen and other service staff.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
