Waiters/Waitresses

Job Summary

Waiters and Waitresses will provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service while ensuring customers enjoy an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide menus.
• Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Check on customers and respond to their needs.
• Maintain clean and well-presented tables.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hygiene and customer-service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, attentive, and well-presented.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
