Job Title: Waitress
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Food & Beverage Manager
Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional food and beverage service by attending to guests professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
- Take and accurately communicate customer orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Prepare and maintain dining tables before and after service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Process customer bills and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Promote menu specials and recommend suitable meal options.
- Observe food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
