Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? Neptune Hotels is looking for friendly and professional Waitresses to join our team and provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus and take customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Process customer bills and payments.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• KCSE certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
