We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at The Eclipse Nanyuki.
Job Summary
The Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service by taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
Restaurant Operations
- Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
- Process bills and customer payments where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Compliance
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Adhere to company service procedures and policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience as a waitress or in restaurant service is preferred.
