Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and customer-focused Waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests.
- Present menus and explain specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Process bills and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
