JOB DETAILS:
WARD LIAISON OFFICER - CASB 9 (JOB GROUP K)
- Basic Salary Kshs. - 41,320
- House Allowance - 12,800
- Commuter Allowance - 5,000
- Leave Allowance - 6,000 (Payable once in a Year)
- Mortgage & Car Loan - As per SRC guidelines
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Ward Office Personnel
- Ensure safe custody of Ward office assets
- Oversee allocation of Ward offices
- Schedule maintenance of Ward office equipment
- Prepare budget for Ward offices
- Control movement of Ward office equipment
- Submit quarterly and annual reports
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, Communication, Business Administration, Education, Commerce or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; and
- Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognised institution.
