Role Overview
The Warehouse Analyst plays a central role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and performance across Greenspoon’s warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where data-driven insights translate directly into operational improvements.
You’ll ensure our warehouse systems, processes, and resources run smoothly, supporting Greenspoon’s mission to deliver excellence from farm to table.
Data & Performance Analysis Track, analyze, and report on daily warehouse KPIs (e.g. pick accuracy, order fulfillment times, dispatch efficiency, stock discrepancies). Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Monitor stock movement and aging reports to support accurate inventory management. Use data to forecast demand, optimize space utilization, and support resource planning. Provide regular performance dashboards and insights to the Operations Manager and leadership team. Systems & Process Management Ensure data integrity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other operational tools. Support the rollout of new systems, processes, and SOPs aimed at improving warehouse performance. Coordinate closely with procurement, dispatch, and customer service teams to align on daily operations. Ensure compliance with Greenspoon’s food safety and sustainability standards within warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse management systems (experience with ERP systems is an added advantage). Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and operational excellence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A keen eye for detail and commitment to Greenspoon’s values of honesty, quality, and impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics analytics, or inventory management.
