Role Overview
The Warehouse Analyst plays a central role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and performance across Greenspoon’s warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where data-driven insights translate directly into operational improvements.
You’ll ensure our warehouse systems, processes, and resources run smoothly, supporting Greenspoon’s mission to deliver excellence from farm to table.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Performance Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on daily warehouse KPIs (e.g. pick accuracy, order fulfillment times, dispatch efficiency, stock discrepancies).
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor stock movement and aging reports to support accurate inventory management.
- Use data to forecast demand, optimize space utilization, and support resource planning.
- Provide regular performance dashboards and insights to the Operations Manager and leadership team.
Systems & Process Management
- Ensure data integrity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other operational tools.
- Support the rollout of new systems, processes, and SOPs aimed at improving warehouse performance.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, dispatch, and customer service teams to align on daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with Greenspoon’s food safety and sustainability standards within warehouse operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support staff training on process efficiency, data tracking, and warehouse best practices.
- Regularly review and document operational workflows for transparency and consistency.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics analytics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse management systems (experience with ERP systems is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to Greenspoon’s values of honesty, quality, and impact.
