What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Supervise goods-in/goods-out and order picking to ensure accuracy and minimal stock damage
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system alignment
- Implement and improve warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers and monitor dispatch performance
- Maintain high standards of safety, security, and 5S housekeeping
- Track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing, accountable team
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead and motivate others
