WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (1 POSITION)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations, inventory control, and ensure accuracy in stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in morning meetings to review and resolve issues from previous operations and support continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with receiving and issuing officers and provide accurate stock confirmation for inbound and outbound materials
  • Ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system records
  • Support the stock audit officer during warehouse audits
  • Maintain 6S standards within the warehouse/godown at all times
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock takes
  • Manage weighbridge-related operations and ensure proper recording of all data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and warehouse records
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience with stock control systems is an added advantage
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
