We are seeking a Wheel Loader Operator who will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, transporting them to designated areas, and ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation: Maneuvering the machine in tight spaces, on uneven terrain, and operating hydraulic controls to manipulate the bucket for loading/dumping.

Material Handling: Efficiently loading trucks, hoppers, or conveyors while managing stockpiles.

Maintenance: Conducting daily inspections of fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety devices (lights, seatbelts), as well as performing routine cleaning and minor repairs.

Safety Compliance: Following all site safety regulations, operating within machine capacity limits, and wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Communication: Coordinating with site supervisors, truck drivers, or plant operators to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of experience operating Wheel Loaders and understanding site plans.

Certification: Valid, accredited certification or license to operate heavy machinery. Licensed Class G – for industrial, construction, and agricultural tractors/plants machineries and equipment.

Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
